Athlos is a brand of activewear dedicated to offering functional for all your discomfort, synthetic, and everyday wear concerns. This case study revolves around maintaining the brand's core essence while boosting sales on the e-commerce platform.


💭 What was the need of Redesign?

In pursuit of increased sales and upon detecting a significant drop in the checkout process, user interviews were conducted to identify user pain points.

Findings from the user interviews revealed the following observations:

  1. Users struggled to find desired products without a search function.
  2. Accessing relevant product information was challenging, leading to prolonged decision-making.
  3. Users lacked awareness of Athlos' sustainability and comfort features, hindering brand connection.
  4. Inconsistent CTAs across the website caused user confusion.
  5. The exchange/return rate increased significantly due to inaccessible size charts on some products.

Discoveries following discussions with stakeholders:

  1. A notable decrease in conversions from cart to checkout.
  2. Decline in the number of returning customers.
